These are the conditions of the items sold directly from our pages. For the items sold via other websites like eBay, most of our conditions below are the same, but there can be some differences.

- All items are second hand and in reasonable condition. If not, you will read it in the description. In case of doubt, just ask us!
- All prices are in Euro and exclusive postal costs.
- Ordering is simple. Every item has an unique code. This is, besides your name and address information, the only thing you have to write down at our order form!
- After receiving your order, we will send you an invoice message with the total amount due and the payment instructions.
- Payment is asked in advance and within 2 weeks after we have send you the invoice message.
- Shipment will take place within 2 working days after receiving payment.
- For payment from outside the Netherlands we accept: European banktransfers in Euro or Cash in US dollars (banknotes only!), Euro or British Pounds (unregistered at own risk!) and:
Bendav can't accept payment by Money Order or checks!
- Registered shipment is optional. We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of unregistered shipments.
- Returning your order is possible within two weeks; postal costs won't be compensated.
- Bendav Postcards was established in the Dutch city of Nijmegen on the 1st of February 2004 and registered as a company at the Chamber of Commerce of Centraal Gelderland in The Netherlands by number 09140480
